About The Position

Kalshi is a rapidly growing financial market company that has legalized prediction markets in the US. We are seeking a Creative Ops Producer to manage the operational backbone of our creative team. This role will oversee systems, timelines, and coordination to ensure our designers and creative leads can focus on their creative work. The scope of design at Kalshi includes brand, growth, performance, partnerships, events, and product marketing, with a rapidly increasing volume of work.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or creative production
  • Experience supporting design, brand, or marketing teams -- agency or startup background preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams simultaneously without dropping anything
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating as the hub between creative and cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with design and marketing workflows and the tools that support them
  • High attention to detail and a bias toward building systems over managing chaos

Responsibilities

  • Own all creative request intake, scoping, and prioritization across growth, partnerships, performance, events, product marketing, and brand
  • Build and maintain visibility into active projects, timelines, capacity, and dependencies across the full creative team
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination from brief through delivery, including feedback collection, approval routing, and file handoffs
  • Develop and maintain workflows, planning frameworks, and operational processes that scale as the team grows
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners on timelines and deliverables
  • Drive weekly project status reporting across all teams and flag risks early
