About The Position

RFG Advisory is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to own the hands-on execution of our visual and multimedia output — spanning brand, graphic design, video production, podcast, UX/UI, and AI-enhanced creative workflows. This is a builder-executor role: you take direction from marketing leadership and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative at speed, with consistency and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on creative experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia; minimum 2 years managing freelancers, vendors, or a creative team member
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Film/Media Production, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design for web, email, and landing page formats
  • Demonstrated use of AI creative tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a production context
  • Experience building or maintaining creative workflows, asset libraries, or production management systems
  • Portfolio required — demonstrating range across brand, digital, video, and multimedia formats

Responsibilities

  • Execute creative work across all design categories — print, digital, social, email, event, and sales enablement — in alignment with RFG’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across corporate and advisor-facing deliverables
  • Lead video and multimedia production for RFG’s content series — advisor testimonials, executive thought leadership, event recaps, and promotional campaigns — handling production personally or coordinating freelance partners as needed
  • Manage all podcast creative deliverables — cover art, episode graphics, promotional assets, and distribution visuals — on schedule and to brief
  • Execute UX/UI design for RFG’s digital properties, including website updates, landing pages, and email templates, applying brand standards and usability best practices
  • Own the creative intake and production workflow — from brief submission through final delivery — setting turnaround timelines, implementing quality control checkpoints, and maintaining asset libraries and naming conventions
  • Coordinate and manage freelance creative partners — videographers, animators, editors, and specialized designers — handling briefing, scheduling, and quality review
  • Integrate AI tools into day-to-day production for image generation, video editing, template automation, and asset repurposing, and support the Graphic Designer in adopting these tools
  • Track and report on core creative KPIs — ticket resolution time, asset delivery rate, revision cycles, podcast and YouTube performance — and surface insights to marketing leadership
