About The Position

Humana is evolving how creative and content work gets planned, produced, governed, and measured—and we’re looking for an operational leader to help make that work easier, smarter, and more scalable. As Director, Creative Operations, you’ll lead the systems, processes, resource planning, and governance that enable high-quality creative delivery across Humana’s in-house agency. In a typical day, you may partner with creative, account, marketing, MarTech, compliance, and analytics teams to remove workflow friction, improve intake and prioritization, strengthen risk controls, and help teams use data and tools more effectively. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can connect operational discipline with creative excellence in support of better member, patient, and business outcomes. The Director, Creative Operations leads the operational engine for Humana’s Creative and Content organization. This role establishes scalable workflows, governance practices, resource planning routines, and performance reporting that help teams deliver compliant, on-brand creative work with greater speed and consistency. The Director partners closely with creative leadership, account teams, business partners, MarTech, Consumer Data Insights Analytics (CDIA), procurement, and compliance stakeholders to improve how work moves from intake through delivery. This work supports Humana by helping teams create clearer, more effective communications and experiences for members, patients, caregivers, and communities.
