About The Position

Lapitopa is a mobile game developer and publisher focused on casual and mid-core games. We are looking for a Creative Motion Designer to produce performance-driven video ads for Steel Luck, our mid-core roguelite mobile game. Our current priority is production volume and iteration speed. We need someone who can consistently deliver multiple video creatives and variations, quickly test new ideas, and scale concepts that perform well.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience producing advertising creatives for mobile games.
• A basic understanding of the mobile gaming market and performance marketing principles.
• Confident proficiency with any video editing tool (AE, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for generating images, video, and audio.
• Staying up to date with AI-powered creative workflows is a must.
• A production-focused mindset and the ability to deliver 2–5+ videos per week, depending on their complexity.
• Strong creative thinking, an ability to approach ideas from unexpected angles, and a talent for developing fun, engaging concepts.
• English at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Strong familiarity with mobile games and current creative trends.
• A solid understanding of mobile game marketing.
• Experience working with Unity.
• Familiarity with marketing and product metrics would be a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor creative market trends, identify new ideas, and adapt them to our game.
• Produce video ads, including developing concepts, hooks, and scripts.
• Analyse test results and suggest ideas for further creative iterations.
