We are seeking a Creative Media Designer to lead visual storytelling across digital, social, print, eCommerce, and sales channels. This hands-on role combines graphic design, video production, motion graphics, photography, and AI-assisted workflows. You will also directly manage two (2) graphic designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
• Prior experience supervising or directing junior designers.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
• Hands-on experience with AI content generators (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.).
• Studio/field photography, video editing, lighting, motion graphics, and presentation design.
• English required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Manufacturing, apparel, industrial, or consumer goods background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create digital/print assets including website graphics, ads, email campaigns, catalogs, sales collateral, and trade show materials.
• Shoot, edit, and deliver commercial-quality video content and short-form videos (LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Develop motion graphics and animations.
• Conduct photo/video shoots in studio, corporate, event, and manufacturing environments.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content creation, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Direct two graphic designers, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
