You’ll act as the creative owner of the brand: translating the founder’s vision into work that is consistent, high quality, and performance-aware across packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials. This is a builder role, not a “receive tasks and execute” role—you’ll set direction, create structure, and lead a team while staying hands-on when it matters. You’ll also bring a strong production mindset: understanding what’s feasible, how to prep files correctly, and how to get ideas across the finish line without quality slipping.
