Creative Lead - US

TRIPLos Angeles, CA
$95,000 - $110,000Remote

About The Position

TRIP is building a global brand, with the US at the heart of our growth. We're looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to help bring the TRIP brand to life for US consumers. Working closely with our Senior Global Creative Lead, Head of Brand and wider global Brand & Creative team, you'll be responsible for translating TRIP's global creative direction into culturally relevant, high-impact work for the US market. This is not a traditional Creative Lead role where you'll be managing a large team or delegating the execution. You'll be in the work. You'll move comfortably between developing an idea, building a campaign deck, designing an asset, adapting global creative for the US market, briefing a production partner or giving direction on a shoot. We're looking for someone with a strong design foundation who has developed into a broader creative thinker, potentially someone who has progressed from Designer to Senior Designer or Art Director and is ready to take on greater creative ownership. You'll have creative freedom to bring a strong US cultural lens to the work, while operating as part of one global creative team rather than building a separate US creative identity.
