About The Position

JumpSeat is a B2B growth agency and advisory that helps go-to-market teams identify non-obvious account signals and turn them into relevant outreach. Its Signal Intelligence methodology combines prioritized accounts, custom signal libraries, AI-assisted research, and one-to-one messaging. JumpSeat is a remote-first team across the US and Buenos Aires. The Creative Director will lead JumpSeat’s creative department, including two full-time creatives, its freelance bench, and the processes used to deliver creative work. The role sets the department’s vision and standards, partners with the delivery team on priorities, and remains hands-on across brand, campaign, web, and pitch work. The Creative Director will also guide how AI tools are tested and adopted in creative workflows, ensuring they improve the work and the team’s experience producing it. This is a senior role for someone with a proven track record leading creative work in a fast-paced agency.
