We’re looking for a Creative Director who leads with both head and heart — someone who believes great creative in healthcare isn’t just compelling, it’s clarifying, empowering, and deeply human. This role is for a strategic thinker and storyteller with a strong foundation in copy, content, and/or brand strategy, who can turn complexity into connection. At MODHealth, we transform regulated, often dense healthcare information into experiences people can understand and act on. As Creative Director, you will set the vision for how our work shows up in the world — ensuring it is innovative, compliant, accessible, and grounded in empathy. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary creative team of writers and designers, shaping ideas from concept through execution while partnering closely with strategy, account, and leadership teams to elevate the work and push thinking forward.
