The Creative Director (Performance Media) leads the development of high-performing creative across paid media channels while owning the creative relationship with the client. This role partners closely with media buying, creative production, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into scalable, testable creative strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, Bing, Outbrain, Taboola, and more. You will be responsible for shaping creative strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring creative excellence that drives measurable performance outcomes—while establishing and maintaining the company’s reputation as a creative leader.
