We're looking for a Creative Director to lead ad creative strategy across our campaigns. This is an ongoing role where you'll be responsible for ideating, directing, and overseeing the production of high-performing video and static ad creative — primarily for Meta, with expansion to other platforms. You'll develop creative strategies and ad concepts, come up with fresh angles and hooks — educational content, testimonials, offer-driven ads, problem/solution frameworks, founder stories, and more. You'll direct and oversee video ad production including UGC-style content, talking heads, and mixed-format edits. You'll create briefs, scripts, and storyboards, and you'll be expected to stay on top of what's working across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the broader paid social landscape. This isn't just about making things look good — it's about making things perform. You'll analyze ad results to inform creative iterations, manage the creative pipeline from concept to delivery, and continuously generate new angles for the same offers and audiences.
