About The Position

This role is for a Creative Director, Copywriter who will set and champion the creative vision across agency work, ensuring every project meets a high standard of strategic thinking and creative excellence. The individual will lead the development of integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, experiential, video, print, and emerging platforms, pushing teams beyond expected solutions to develop distinctive, memorable ideas that move clients' businesses forward. They will provide thoughtful, actionable creative direction throughout the entire creative process—from concept through final execution. Additionally, they will inspire, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, art directors, content creators, and freelance talent, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed, diverse perspectives are valued, and creative risk-taking is encouraged. The role also involves building trusted relationships with clients by confidently presenting work, facilitating creative conversations, and translating business challenges into compelling creative solutions. The Creative Director will play an active role in agency marketing, new business pitches, and thought leadership, identifying opportunities to strengthen creative processes and improve collaboration across teams, and helping to shape the future of the agency by contributing to culture, talent development, and creative innovation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a creative agency, with experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing creative teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative thinking, exceptional craft, and measurable business impact.
  • Strong experience presenting creative work to senior clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise across brand development, advertising, digital, social media, experiential, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative workflows.
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, encourages feedback, and elevates those around you.
  • A passion for culture, creativity, design, and the evolving creative landscape.
