We are an entrepreneurial business – not a traditional “ad agency.” That means we value The Role We are looking for a Creative Director, Copy to join Translation in our Brooklyn headquarters ! The Creative Director manages the creative integrity across a number of brands and projects. They are responsible for ensuring creative development occurs in a timely manner, and the work is in line with not only the client brief but the creative standards and point of view of the agency. The CD is a stakeholder for internal and external relationships and presentations, oversees creative staff as part of their remit, playing a vital role in developing our creative talent.

Requirements

Digitally savvy
Proficient in Google Workspace
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of current A.I. tools and platforms

Nice To Haves

Training or degree in a directly-related field, such as advertising, art / design, or journalism / creative writing.
A background with progressive experience in a client-facing, creative leadership role in a creative agency environment.

Responsibilities
