About The Position

We are looking for a visionary design leader who can help build and expand our growing Design capability. This individual will collaborate with leaders across strategy, experience, digital, innovation, and insights to create transformative brand and customer experiences that drive business growth. The Creative Director, Associate Partner of Design will be an inspirational leader with a blend of creative, strategic and commercial expertise. They will bring deep experience in brand identity, experience design, design systems, campaign innovation, and creative leadership, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in brand design, experience design, creative strategy, innovation, campaign or related disciplines, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
• 5+ years of experience leading and selling strategic creative solutions to senior client stakeholders
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and digital disciplines
• Experience building capabilities, methodologies, and frameworks that elevate design organizations
• Deep expertise in brand identity, experience design, design systems, campaign ideation and creative strategy
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, creative excellence and AI deployment across design work streams
• Persuasive presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by delivering exceptional creative based work that fuels strategic decisions and through effective collaboration to deliver high impact, multidisciplinary work across all of Prophet’s offerings.
• Lead client engagements spanning (but not limited to) brand identity, experience, activation and campaign work streams.
• Serve as a champion of design excellence, a leader who elevates creative quality while grounding recommendations in business strategy.
• Play a key role in business development, shaping proposals and pitches through thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Deliver against commercial targets, including sales, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Contribute to Prophet's global studio culture, ensuring consistent standards across geographies.
• Travel as needed to engage clients, build teams, and represent Prophet.
• As a member of the Design Leadership Team, lead and inspire a high-performing team of design experts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Continue to build and recruit world class design talent for our growing global creative team.
