About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director, ART to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives. This role requires exceptional conceptual abilities and creative direction talent within a multimedia landscape, with a passion for creating work that matters. The candidate must be curious, with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge to discover big ideas. They need to inspire by setting the stage for the next wave of healthcare marketing trends and innovations. The role involves pushing the envelope with industry knowledge and creative chops to drive behavior through compelling work. Leadership and collaboration are key, managing the team through experience, empowerment, and autonomy to foster great work and growth, while leaving ego behind. The ability to present and persuade eloquently, explaining every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves client challenges, is essential, including leading rock-solid pitch efforts. A can-do attitude is required to anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks throughout the creative process. The individual will be responsible for the health of their creative team and finding more ways to feed and grow clients’ brands and the business. Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • Two+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with drug launch know-how highly valued
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent in education + experience)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Experience on global campaigns is ideal
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work; must be a conceptual powerhouse
  • Management and supervisory skill set; sense of humor
  • An understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and AI experience is required
