About The Position

Eko Health is seeking a Creative Designer with DTC or e-commerce experience to own creative output across paid media, web, email, print, tradeshow, and digital product initiatives. This role involves designing advertisements and marketing materials to encourage physicians, nurses, and EMTs to adopt Eko's products. It is an impactful and highly visible position within the performance marketing team, suitable for someone eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. The role is execution-focused with opportunities for ideation, requiring close collaboration with a lead copywriter, freelance designers, and the marketing team to produce a high volume of polished, brand-consistent assets. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-oriented, high-output settings, works efficiently under tight deadlines, and takes pride in delivering clean, production-ready creative.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands (brand-side or agency).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, production-ready creative across multiple channels and formats.
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused design; exposure to A/B testing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design; with working knowledge of video editing and/or photography.
  • Experience working and experimenting with AI-tooling to assist production
  • Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in subscription-based or high-growth DTC brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of print production and packaging preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to execute campaign assets across paid media, web, email, print, and tradeshow, aligned with marketing calendars and launch timelines.
  • Design for performance: understand how creative decisions influence conversion and engagement, support A/B testing workflows, and iterate based on results.
  • Produce multiple creative iterations quickly across digital and print deliverables, maintaining pixel-perfect quality and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Prepare and package files for both digital deployment and print production.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Copywriter, Head of Growth, and Growth Marketers — taking feedback constructively, communicating clearly, and contributing to aggressive creative deadlines.
