About The Position

LOVE CORN, a fast-growing snack brand, is seeking a Creative Designer to help build and elevate the brand into an iconic global snack. This role involves conceptualizing, crafting, directing, and delivering creative work across various channels including packaging, social media, digital platforms, in-store and out-of-store retail, campaigns, and content creation. The designer will be responsible for evolving the brand's visual identity, building a content engine, and shaping the overall design vision as the brand scales globally. This is a hands-on role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, can-do attitude, who can move from high-level brand thinking to detailed execution.

Requirements

  • A standout portfolio demonstrating strong taste and strategic thinking.
  • Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Willingness to experiment with AI platforms.
  • Comfortable moving between high-level brand thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to building creative work.
  • A "let's get this done" energy.

  • Photography, video, animation, illustration, or motion skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and elevate LOVE CORN’s visual identity across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Build the brand's feel-good content engine, bringing joy, energy, and appetite to life.
  • Concept and create campaigns, content, and brand moments that encourage engagement and sharing.
  • Partner closely with Founders, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to rapidly bring ideas to fruition.
  • Lead and inspire in-house creatives and extended partners.
  • Plan, direct, and art-direct photo and video shoots.
  • Shape packaging design to stand out on shelves.
  • Utilize AI tools to scale content, accelerate testing, and unlock creative ideas.
  • Stay informed about culture, memes, trends, and design signals to drive innovation.
