About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced creative and design professionals with strong expertise across graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related visual disciplines to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project. Selected professionals will complete structured tasks across widely used creative applications, evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs, identify workflow issues, and provide detailed feedback grounded in professional creative practice. The work combines hands-on design expertise, application-level problem solving, quality evaluation, and structured annotation. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools
  • Background in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, fashion design, presentation design, audio or sound work, or a closely related discipline
  • Practical proficiency with applications relevant to your area of expertise
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, or comparable platforms
  • Strong ability to recognise unexpected behaviour, rendering issues, export failures, and workflow breaks
  • Ability to document technical or creative issues clearly enough for another person to reproduce
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above
  • Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly

Nice To Haves

  • Prior paid human-data experience involving data labelling, annotation, RLHF, AI-output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is advantageous but not required
  • Prior paid AI human-data experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Complete structured tasks using creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and comparable tools
  • Apply professional creative workflows when completing design and media tasks
  • Identify unexpected application behaviour, rendering issues, export problems, and workflow failures
  • Evaluate whether tools and outputs behave consistently with real-world professional expectations
  • Document reproducible issues clearly enough for another professional to understand and verify
  • Evaluate AI-generated creative outputs for accuracy, usability, realism, and professional quality
  • Compare generated results against established design and media-production practices
  • Identify visual, technical, workflow, or execution issues within generated outputs
  • Assess whether outputs appropriately satisfy task requirements and intended use cases
  • Apply professional creative judgement across varied visual and multimedia formats
  • Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback according to defined project criteria
  • Assign quality ratings using structured evaluation standards
  • Explain why particular outputs succeed or fail from a professional creative perspective
  • Document observations, workflow issues, and improvement opportunities clearly
  • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across repeated evaluation tasks
  • Share practical insights grounded in real-world creative production experience
  • Contribute suggestions for improving creative workflows, task structures, and evaluation criteria
  • Communicate clearly with project stakeholders regarding ambiguous or technically complex cases
  • Adapt to evolving project guidelines, applications, and quality standards
  • Submit deliverables within agreed timelines while maintaining established quality benchmarks
