About The Position

The Creative Design Manager contributes to AHF by supporting the Accociate Director of Creative Design, and executing the design direction of creative assets for AHF’s marketing. The Creative Design Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by creating compelling visual materials that clearly communicate AHF’s mission, while continuously innovating through the use of the latest graphic design tools and industry trends. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Creative Design Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Creative Design Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to lead and manage design projects for AHF’s marketing department, service lines, and the organization as a whole, ensuring timely execution and alignment with established creative direction. The Design Manager supports the Associate Director in maintaining high-quality advertising concepts, campaign development, and multi-platform assets that meet current industry standards and organizational brand guidelines.
