Who You’ll Be Working With As a Creative Design Senior Associate, you’ll join a creative team that values strong craft, clear thinking, and collaboration—designers, writers, motion and production partners, and creative leads who care about making work that is both beautiful and useful. You’ll work closely with Creative Account and Strategy teammates who help clarify the goal behind each project, so the design stays grounded in the brief and the audience it is meant to reach. As projects move from idea to execution, you’ll partner with developers and platform specialists when work touches web, email, or templated systems, and you’ll collaborate with media and channel teams to ensure designs are built for how people actually experience them—whether that is a paid social unit, an email module, or a landing page. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to share your thinking with clients and internal teams, helping align around clear, effective visual direction.
