About The Position

Named Ad Age Best Places to Work for 11 years in a row and Fast Company Best Workplaces for Innovators since 2022, PMG is a global independent marketing services and technology company that seeks to inspire people and brands that anything is possible. Driven by shared success, PMG leverages business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights—as well as its proprietary operating system, Alli—to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions and innovative media strategies. Our team comprises over 900 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, Sephora, Experian, Therabody, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Creed Fragrances, BNY, Intuit, CKE Restaurants, Travelex, and Whole Foods spans 85+ countries. Who You Will Be Working With As a Creative Copywriting Senior Associate, you’ll be part of a creative team that cares deeply about craft—writers, designers, producers, and creative leads who like pushing ideas further while keeping the work grounded in what the audience actually feels and needs. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership to shape concepts, refine language, and bring strong copy to life across different formats and channels. You’ll also collaborate with strategy and account teammates who help clarify the “why” behind the work—audience insight, brand goals, and the role each message plays in a bigger campaign. At times, you’ll work directly with clients, presenting copy directions, explaining your thinking, and helping teams land on language that feels true to the brand and clear to the customer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative account management or production coordination, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong writing fundamentals and a clear point of view—your work is polished, purposeful, and easy to understand.

  • Confidence presenting your work and taking feedback well, with the ability to improve copy without losing the original intent.
  • A good instinct for what makes messaging effective, and curiosity about how creative connects to real customer action.
  • Organization and follow-through: you manage revisions, deadlines, and details without the work feeling rushed.
  • Comfort using modern tools to work efficiently, with good judgment about when AI helps and when it does not.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by Leading by Example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.

  • Stay current on trends in advertising, design, and culture, using what you learn to strengthen the work (not distract from it).
  • Use available tools—including AI where helpful—to speed up exploration, sharpen drafts, and streamline workflows while keeping the final voice human and brand-true.
