Who You Will Be Working With As a Creative Account Senior Associate, you’ll work alongside a close-knit group of creatives, strategists, producers, and account teammates who care about doing the work well—and doing it together. Day to day, you’ll partner with creative leads and project teams to keep work moving from kickoff through delivery, making sure everyone has what they need and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. On the client side, you’ll collaborate with marketing and brand partners who are counting on clear communication, strong follow-through, and creative that meets the moment. You’ll help connect client goals to the right internal experts, keeping timelines realistic, feedback organized, and expectations clear—so the work stays strong and relationships stay steady.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative account management or production coordination, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong project and workflow skills: you can juggle details, keep things organized, and follow through without dropping the thread.
  • A client-first mindset: you communicate with clarity, professionalism, and warmth—and you build trust by doing what you say you’ll do.
  • Comfort working across creative and strategy teams, with an ability to translate needs into clear next steps and practical timelines.
  • Good judgment under pressure: you can adapt when priorities shift and help keep projects steady when things move quickly.
  • A growing understanding of how creative supports business outcomes—and curiosity about what makes work more effective.
  • Attention to detail in notes, timelines, and communication, so teams and clients feel informed and confident.
  • Interest in learning how projects are scoped and planned, and how strong account partnership supports great creative work.
  • Comfort using modern tools to stay organized and efficient, with a thoughtful approach to using AI to support (not replace) good work.

Responsibilities

  • Help deliver creative work that supports client goals, stays on brand, and ships on time.
  • Serve as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients—sharing updates, gathering feedback, and keeping communication clear and consistent.
  • Build and manage project timelines from kickoff through delivery, coordinating inputs across creative, strategy, and production partners.
  • Keep internal teams aligned by organizing meetings, setting agendas, capturing decisions, and tracking next steps through completion.
  • Spot risks early—shifting timelines, unclear feedback, missing inputs—and help problem-solve with the team before they become bigger issues.
  • Bring a growing understanding of client performance and priorities into the work, helping identify where creative can better support results.
  • Stay curious about trends in creative, media, and consumer behavior, and share relevant insights that can strengthen briefs and creative direction.
  • Learn how new work comes to life at PMG by supporting proposal efforts when needed—observing scoping, staffing, and the planning behind new projects.
  • Use the tools available (including AI-enabled tools where appropriate) to streamline workflow, improve organization, and help teams make faster, well-informed decisions.
