MONO is seeking a Creative Writer—a hybrid talent with a knack for copywriting and a social-forward mindset. You're a writer who makes every word count, from captions and scripts to taglines and concepts, with a genuine interest in pop culture and what's resonating on social—and a portfolio that proves it.

Requirements

2–3 years of agency copywriting experience, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on social content execution
Deep familiarity with social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and the unspoken rules of social media
Understanding of how content supports brand building, campaign goals, and business objectives
Strong presentation skills for internal creative reviews; self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong time management and the ability to multitask against tight deadlines
A collaborative, curious, solution-oriented mindset that embodies MONO's values

Responsibilities

Partner with art directors, designers, and strategists to concept organic and paid social campaigns, static posts, stories, video mocks, and traditional campaign work
Adapt your writing style and tone to feel native to each platform—from a TikTok script to an Instagram caption to a YouTube Short
Create and execute innovative ideas for our clients—from ideation and concepting to writing clear, persuasive, original copy, pitch decks, and client presentations
When needed, pitch in on the production side, helping shoot or shape quick-turn social content alongside your copy
Collaborate with Creative Leadership to translate brand objectives into concepts and copy, and share insights on platform and creator-culture trends
Incorporate feedback from Creative Leadership, teammates, and clients with precision and a positive attitude
