The Creative Communications & Brand Coordinator is responsible for leading Northwest Indian Treatment Center’s visual identity, communications strategy, storytelling, and public-facing presence. This role serves as the steward of NWITC’s organizational brand and is responsible for ensuring communications reflect the mission, values, and culturally grounded approach of the organization. This position combines communications leadership, multimedia production, graphic design, branding development, photography, videography, digital communications, and community engagement to strengthen awareness of NWITC services and expand referral relationships. The position develops internal and external communication materials while ensuring cultural respect, trauma-informed messaging, and representation that honors Tribal traditions, healing journeys, and the dignity of those served. The Coordinator serves as a liaison to referral partners, Tribal entities, healthcare systems, and community organizations while supporting organizational growth through strategic outreach and brand development initiatives.
