As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. This role requires exceptional art direction skills and a strong command of AI-driven content creation, particularly in shaping photographic and image-based visual systems within scalable brand platforms. You’ll lead concept development, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand worlds, identity systems, and flexible visual frameworks that extend beyond campaign-driven work. You will define and articulate clear visual territories, establishing mood, tone, casting sensibility, composition, and narrative direction, embedding these principles into long-term brand foundations rather than one-off executions. With a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and systems thinking, you will confidently present ideas to clients and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for art direction and integrating AI-enabled content workflows into the team’s brand design process.
