As we celebrate 20 years in business, we're growing and looking for an experienced Crawl Space Encapsulation Foreman to join our team. If you have experience in crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, foundation repair, construction, remodeling, or residential contracting and want to build a long-term career with a local, family-owned company, we'd love to talk with you.

Requirements

• Crawl space encapsulation.
• Waterproofing or foundation repair.
• Construction or remodeling.
• Crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Carpentry or general contracting.
• Residential installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crawl space encapsulation and construction crew.
• Install CleanSpace encapsulation and vapor barrier systems.
• Install drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers.
• Complete waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout each project.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure every project meets DryZone's quality and safety standards.
