Responsibilities

  • Build custom wooden crates and packaging solutions based on product specifications and shipping requirements
  • Package marine components, assemblies, and small products for shipment via UPS and other approved carriers
  • Ensure crates meet internal standards, carrier requirements, and international shipping regulations
  • Track incoming and outgoing lumber packages in accordance with certificate requirements
  • Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Verify accuracy of packaging documentation and support shipping paperwork as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Adhere to attendance, safety, and quality policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
