About The Position

Storage and Logistics Company in Southington Connecticut has immediate openings for crate builders. The ideal candidate must be experienced in cutting lumber/plywood and assembling shipping crates for high-value art. Candidates with advanced woodworking skills will also be considered. Must have direct experience using table saws, wall saws, and nail guns. Must have previous safety training experience.

• Direct experience using table saws, wall saws, and nail guns.
• Previous safety training experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced woodworking skills will also be considered.
• High School Diploma or GED is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• The ability to safely operate power tools including saws, screw guns and nail guns.
• The ability to secure materials into wooden shipping.
