About The Position
Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill the role of Crate Builder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets. This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with mandatory overtime. The pay rate is $19/hour plus differential pay.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- At least 1 year of crating experience.
- Experience operating a staple/nail gun.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble boxes, skids, crates, or platforms used for shipping equipment and machine parts.
- Build or otherwise prepare bracing and other support needed for safe transportation.
