About The Position

This position is for a Craps Dealer who is passionate about delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests. The role involves collecting bets, exchanging currency for gaming chips, and ensuring the safety and security of the gaming table. The dealer will follow local gaming laws and regulations, internal controls, and enthusiastically conduct gambling games while ensuring adherence to all established rules, policies, procedures, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a great attitude, and a desire to have fun at work. They will develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and employees, provide personal attention, and act to keep customers satisfied and motivated. The dealer will also keep track of game and player actions and verify that all customers are 21 years of age.

Requirements

• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months dealing experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of cash handling.
• Knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests.
• Collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips.
• Take ownership of the table’s safety and security and promote a safe gaming space.
• Follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls.
• Conduct gambling games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and assist customers.
• Ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and employees.
• Provide personal attention and assistance to customers.
• Act to keep customers satisfied and motivated to return.
• Keep track of game and player actions.
• Verify all customers are 21 years of age.
• Comply with established security policies and procedures.
• Inform supervisor and/or security personnel of any concerns.
