About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Rigger to support crane operations. We are looking for exceptional team members with a background in construction and a passion for safety to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive hourly wage of $24-$28 (depending on experience). This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. Per Diem is also available for this role. As a Rigger, you will assist in setting up the crane, safely hooking loads, and serving as a vital spotter for the crane operator. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring that all lifts are executed with precision and safety at the forefront.

Requirements

Must have a clear driving record.
Understanding of basic hand signals is required.
Ability to assist in setting up cranes and hooking loads.
Must have a proactive, positive, and professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety.
