About The Position

CMC is hiring a Crane Operator to operate production equipment and hydraulic cranes while following established procedures and safety requirements. The role includes maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment, participating in CMC safety programs, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience operating hydraulic cranes.
• Ability to change priorities quickly, work effectively under time constraints, and contribute to a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including finger movement and twisting or applying pressure involving the wrists and hands.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform frequent physical activity, such as walking, climbing stairs, or reaching to work with equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a recycling or manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
