About The Position
Kiewit is currently seeking Marine Crane Operators with 3–5+ years of experience for the Woodfibre FST Project in Coquitlam, BC. Candidates must have marine/on-water experience and experience operating both hydraulic and friction cranes. The Woodfibre FST Project is one of Canada’s largest LNG infrastructure developments. The Harken Yard is a marine construction and operations facility supporting this project.
Requirements
- Journeyman Crane Operator certification.
- Minimum 5 years of marine crane operating experience.
- Strong marine/on-water crane operating experience.
- Hydraulic crane experience is required.
- Friction rig and floating marine experience is required; friction crane experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and current driver's abstract.
- CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications.
- Ability to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous industrial construction experience is considered an asset.
