Requirements
- 5+ years crane experience (scrap or similar)
- Experience with grapple and magnet required
- Strong safety mindset
- Reliable and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Shear experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Run scrap yard cranes (grapple, magnet, shear)
- Load scrap into balers and equipment
- Sort and stage materials in the yard
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Communicate with ground crew for safe moves
