STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is the in-house engineering business line of Structural Group. We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused Rough Terrain Crane Operator to operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 for major ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate is a dependable operator who takes pride in precision work and maintains a strong safety record. While the crane is expected to be steadily busy, we value a strong work ethic and team-first mindset: when the crane is idle, you should be proactive and ready to assist the team with other site duties to keep the project moving forward.

Requirements

Valid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes.
Proven experience operating RT cranes (experience with Tadano equipment is a plus).
Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations.
Willingness to pitch in with general job site tasks when crane operation is paused.
Reliable transportation and ability to work full project hours.
Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Tadano equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site safety guidelines.
Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluid levels, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Work closely with riggers and signal personnel to ensure precise, secure load handling and positioning.
Actively assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime.
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
