About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Crane Operator / CDL Truck Driver. This position is responsible for safely transporting equipment and materials to job sites, operating crane equipment, and assisting with various field operations. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and experience operating cranes in commercial or construction environments.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (required).
• Current medical card and acceptable driving record.
• Experience operating cranes and commercial trucks.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Crane operator certification preferred (NCCCO or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile cranes.
• Transport equipment, materials, and products to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Read load charts and determine safe lifting capacities.
• Set up cranes, including outriggers and site safety measures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, rigging, and securing loads.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and job site personnel.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and inspection reports.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment.
