About The Position

The Crane Leadership Academy (CLA) is a voluntary, two-year professional development program designed to help aspiring leaders develop into strong leaders within the Crane District. The program aims to support employees in leadership development, aligning with the district's goal of increasing student learning and valuing engaged employees. CLA offers leadership training, mentorship opportunities, and practical experience projects to prepare participants for leadership roles in schools and departments. An optional information session is scheduled for June 3, 2024, at 3:30 pm via Teams. The application deadline is Friday, June 26, 2024, at 4:00 PM. Application materials are available on the Crane School District website.
