About The Position
Conti LLC is a trusted leader in heavy civil and infrastructure construction, delivering complex projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Crane & Heavy Equipment Operator to support drilled shaft and foundation operations on projects across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A (required)
- NCCCO/OSHA crane certification (required)
- Proven crane and heavy equipment operating experience on civil or foundation projects
- Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town work
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and during night shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
Nice To Haves
- Tanker endorsement preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operations
- Operate additional heavy equipment as needed, including: Excavators, Skid steers, Backhoes, Water trucks
- Safely rig and lift materials in coordination with ground crews and supervisors
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
- Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervision
- Perform work during night shifts and in varying weather conditions as required
