Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance Decent looking vehicle Organized tools Other: Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle. Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
