Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Possess a registered truck or van with valid insurance and a valid driver’s license
Own standard tools required for residential handyman tasks
Experience to independently manage small to medium-sized projects from start to finish
10+ years of hands-on experience in residential repairs, maintenance, or remodeling
Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, tile, and painting
Professional communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
Clean and professional appearance

Nice To Haves

Experience installing smart home devices
Background in finish carpentry or custom cabinetry
Familiarity with digital job management tools or reporting software

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling tasks
Work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
Troubleshoot home issues and recommend practical, long-lasting solutions
Manage job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team using provided tools and systems
