Requirements

Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.
Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team.
Safety-minded with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in crack sealing, seal coating, asphalt maintenance, or construction preferred (training available for the right candidate).
Valid driver's license preferred.
Asphalt crack sealing.
Seal coating.
Asphalt repair.
Striping.
Construction labor.
Equipment operation.
Commercial parking lot maintenance.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare asphalt surfaces for crack sealing and seal coating.
Operate hot rubber crack sealing equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply crack sealant using proper techniques and equipment.
Mix, apply, and squeegee or spray asphalt seal coat.
Protect surrounding areas from overspray and maintain clean job sites.
Perform traffic control and job site safety setup.
Operate blowers, power brooms, pressure washers, and other preparation equipment.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Assist with daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results.
