  • No open-toed shoes in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility.
  • Warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units.
  • Performing duties safely and responsibly.
  • Working overtime as required.
  • Arriving to work on time per the required work schedule.
  • Being courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
  • Using company equipment and computers for company purposes only.
  • Operating company vehicles safely and within their intended purpose.
  • Dressing appropriately for job duties and within the parameters of the employee manual.
  • Picking up after oneself.
  • Keeping the work area neat and clean.
  • Asking questions if unsure.
  • Checking in and out with direct supervisors at the beginning and end of the daily shift.
  • Entering the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
  • Checking the mechanical condition of each vehicle and reporting as necessary into AMS.
  • Verifying vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
  • Communicating and identifying discrepancies and fixing as necessary.
  • Checking all fluids and adding as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
  • Making comments as necessary during the condition reporting process.
  • Tagging all parts and accessories included but not attached to a vehicle.
  • Scanning out vehicles during the auction and delivery process on the day of the auction.
  • Auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
  • Keeping the C/R booth clean at all times.
  • Stowing away electronics, computers and cameras on auction day.
  • Returning company equipment before the end of the shift.
  • Returning keys immediately when finished using them.
  • Helping Dealers and other Employees as needed.
  • Reviewing past CR's and QC as needed.
  • Completing 15-20 quality CR's per day.
