Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in construction methods, safety, MEP systems, and digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing large work packages, programmes, budgets, and commissioning.
- Skilled communicator with leadership capability, stakeholder awareness, and alignment to Mace standards.
- Holds relevant construction qualifications, professional accreditation, and required site safety certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, upholding Mace’s Safety First culture.
- Build strong stakeholder and client relationships to translate project vision into deliverable plans.
- Ensure ethical, compliant and sustainable operations across project functions.
- Support and guide teams, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of ownership and excellence.
