About The Position

This role is within a concierge primary care setting, specifically supporting physicians and closely partnering with onsite gynecology providers. The environment is described as personable and non-hospital, prioritizing exceptional, personalized care and hospitality over speed or volume. Success is measured by quality, safety, and member experience. The position requires operational flexibility to meet dynamic clinical and member needs while maintaining a consistent foundation across sites. Hospitality is a core job requirement, expected in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician required.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a demonstrated hospitality mindset and service orientation; alignment with PM values, including compassionate care, a growth mindset, and continual evolution.
  • Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment while collaborating effectively within a team; adaptable to changing priorities to support coverage and member needs (operational flexibility).
  • Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor; strong organization and time management.
  • Immunization or proof of immunity required for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Tuberculosis.
  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Apple products and EMR workflows.
  • Local travel for home visits; reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Gynecology or women's health experience preferred.
  • Experience in women's health, gynecology, or OB/GYN settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support teams of physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a consistently excellent member experience, integrating both technical and emotional aspects of care and service.
  • Deliver comprehensive, customized, and hospitality-forward patient care; practice a genuine welcome, attentive listening, timely responses, and thoughtful anticipation of needs in all interactions.
  • Prepare for and conduct home visits (house calls), independently or with a nurse/physician, ensuring safe, professional, and reliable service door-to-door.
  • Perform blood draws, EKGs, specimen collection, swabs, and administer routine and travel vaccinations within scope; maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and labeling standards.
  • Accurately document all therapies, medications, and clinically relevant interactions in the electronic medical record in real time; ensure entries are complete, clear, and audit-ready.
  • Provide cross-coverage within MA/phlebotomist scope during teammate PTO or leave; flex to support same-day appointment blocks and add-ons consistent with site coverage goals and schedules.
  • Communicate directly with members as needed, fostering trust, continuity, and reliability; escalate clinical concerns promptly.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Standards of Practice, Private Medical workflows, and tools; contribute to systems and structures that set teams up for success and operational reliability.
  • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement: use data and feedback to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and suggest pragmatic workflow innovations; help maintain a reliable feedback loop.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and, where applicable, with automated tools or systems, ensuring tasks are performed competently regardless of whether executed by people or automation.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $80,000 target depending on experience
