About The Position

This role is for a CPT Certified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant in a Concierge Primary Care setting. The position is located in Greenwich, in a brand-new clinic that is looking for someone excited to be part of building the team from the ground up. The initial clinical team will be small, consisting of 1 MD, 1 RN, and 1 MA. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, comfortable working closely with others, willing to wear multiple hats, and help shape the culture and workflow of a new office. As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to be an integral part of expanding the team and the practice. The role offers the chance to participate in team-building events and potentially work from the Manhattan office. The company, Private Medical, has 20 years of experience in creating a new category of concierge medicine, focusing on relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care. They are physician-led and privately held, free from conflicts of interest. The work environment is described as personable and non-hospital, prioritizing exceptional, personalized care and hospitality, with success measured by quality, safety, and member experience, not speed or volume. The role requires operational flexibility to meet dynamic clinical and member needs while maintaining a consistent foundation across sites.
