Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
  • Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
  • Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
  • Supervise and support CPST staff, and as needed clinical staff.
  • Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
  • Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
  • Provide direct client services as expected per service, area or location.
  • Support the professional growth and development of the behavioral health staff by providing effective people management.
  • Participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably along with the Director of Behavioral Health where needed.
  • Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.
  • Be a positive role model for all center staff.
