Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
- Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
- Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.

- Supervisory experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
- Supervise and support CPST staff, and as needed clinical staff.
- Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
- Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
- Provide direct client services as expected per service, area or location.
- Support the professional growth and development of the behavioral health staff by providing effective people management.
- Participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably along with the Director of Behavioral Health where needed.
- Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.
- Be a positive role model for all center staff.
