Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Attention to detail
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

• Develop into a fully competent service provider through training, mentoring, and workload.
• Be a leader in respective areas of technical expertise.
• Learn key consulting skills such as managing budgets and schedules, communicating with clients, marketing/business development, and presenting to various audiences.
