About The Position

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift CPP Operator at our Ridgeway, SC facility. Assigned Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday - Friday (Overtime, extended shift and weekend work required). Compensation: $18.25 (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential).

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
• Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• No more than 3 attendance points

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine operating experience
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP

Responsibilities

• Set-Up Pre Preg Roll on to machine using hoist
• Operate Rosenthal Machine
• Inspect prepreg sheets for quality
• Relocate unused prepreg roll back to staging area for restocking
• Complete Production and Scrap Report form
• Perform other duties as assigned.
