We are seeking a CPE Compliance Senior Coordinator to support the administration and execution of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance activities across the Firm. This role plays a critical part in helping ensure adherence to NASBA, state board, and other regulatory requirements while enhancing the overall associate learning experience. This position offers flexibility to work hybrid from any Cherry Bekaert office or fully remote for the right candidate, providing an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the Firm in a highly visible and impactful capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, HR, education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting compliance, learning administration, or professional education programs
  • Strong understanding of CPE requirements, NASBA standards, or professional licensing regulations preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage large sets of compliance data
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance activities in alignment with NASBA, state board regulations, and other applicable standards
  • Coordinate and help maintain CPE compliance processes, procedures, and communications to drive regulatory adherence and improve the associate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning and compliance records within learning management systems and tracking tools
  • Assist with CPE audits, reporting, and documentation to support internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, talent, and service lines to ensure timely and accurate completion of CPE requirements
  • Monitor compliance data and identify discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
  • Support regulatory readiness efforts, including documentation preparation and audit response coordination
