About The Position

A Turner Commercial Pest Control (CPC) Technician is to perform inspections, implementing of treatment, and exceptional communication with customers. These services include recurring pest control, service calls, and initial service s to hospitality, hospitals, and other commercial businesses. They may also provide overflow coverage of recurring services as deemed necessary by management. These technicians’ days can vary by service area and location daily and require flexible scheduling day by day.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.
Customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide quality and effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers.
Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to pests.
Safely driving a company vehicle.
Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers.
Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents.
Provide customers with general information about our various services.
Conduct service calls as needed.
Problem solving and/or complaint resolution.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Have excellent listening and communication skills.
